Advisory
Strategic input when you’re facing a decision.
This is the work for when your business is moving and your site has to keep up. You’ve got a decision in front of you — a launch, a pivot, a new offer, a feature you’re not sure you need — and you want someone who knows WordPress to help you think it through before you spend time or money on the wrong thing.
We talk. I look at what you’ve got, ask the right questions, and give you a clear read on what’s worth doing and what isn’t. You walk away with a plan you can actually execute — whether you do it yourself, hand it to someone else, or come back to me to talk through the next step.
Format: One-time engagements or as-needed sessions. No retainers, no commitment beyond the work itself.

Care Plans
Ongoing site care so you don’t have to think about it.
A Care Plan is for when you want someone watching your site on a regular basis — catching issues before they become problems, keeping things updated, and staying available when something comes up. Three tiers, based on how involved you want the relationship to be.

Upkeep
For: Site owners who have hosting they like and just want the essentials handled.
What’s included:
- Regular backups
- Core, theme, and plugin updates
- Ongoing eyes on your site — so issues get caught early, not after they’ve caused a problem
You keep your hosting setup. We keep your site running clean.
Oversight
For: Site owners who want the essentials and want hosting handled in one place.
What’s included:
- Everything in Upkeep
- Hosting on our servers — which means better performance, faster response time when something needs attention, and one less vendor to manage
Same attentive care, with the hosting layer folded in.
Partnership
For: Site owners who want a real working relationship — someone in their back pocket.
What’s included:
- Everything in Oversight
- Ongoing strategic input as part of the relationship
- Priority attention when something needs it
This is the full partnership tier. Most people don’t need this level — but the ones who do, really do.

Occasionally I take on specific WordPress build or design projects for existing clients and referrals. If you’ve been sent my way for something like that, just mention it when you reach out — we’ll figure out if it’s a fit.
